Success is about thriving,
not just surviving
It’s not scraping by on four hours sleep and five cups of coffee or being too tired to spend time with your family. It’s not being too burnt-out to enjoy a holiday. Or breaking your body through high-intensity training to work off last night’s dinner.
Mastering your health and fitness isn’t about going to war with your body and mind. It’s about helping you create the peace you deserve.
Where it began:
Goal Master Fitness began with our founder, Paul Harter. Paul was a partner in a major international law firm. Paul was a big success.
However, like so many successful people, he was paying the price. He was overweight, exhausted and stressed out both in the office and at home.
He knew he had to take back control. So, at age 45, he embraced exercise and good nutrition, and never looked back. His career thrived as never before. He became strong, vital and happy, in the office and at home, every day.
Paul retired from the full-time practice of law to establish Goal Master. He wanted to share his passion for living better with others who struggle to find the time and motivation in their busy lives. Paul wanted to create something that really worked. Based on facts and the individual. That’s why he brought the best team of coaches, nutritionists and scientists together to create a comprehensive health and fitness solution for busy people.
We use individual assessments, testing and data to help you reach your goals. We’re your partners. We’ll curate a plan tailored to you and be at your side throughout the journey. We’ll meet your needs no matter your starting point and match your pace to get to the finish together.
Strive, thrive, repeat.
